It's hard to say x chip shouldn't be worth more than y, when they aren't making x chip anymore. The fact of the matter is, if you want a set of speakeasy, river boat, samurai palace, you are lucky to see 1 set come up for sale a year. Hopefully for your sake it is an auction, as a lot of the samurai's will go in less than 15 minutes on a for sale post. Supply and demand, simple as that when there is no supply and there is demand prices rise.
