Cards: >$20 Broken Arrows, Copags, LotFancy are all cards I've handled and enjoyed
Cases: Apache 3800 or 4800 depending on how many chips you get. Able to fully customize the layout i got the 3800 and fits 800 chips inside 8 justin racks, card setup and dealer buttons.

I'll look into the cards soon thanks. As for the cases, I've chosen the Nanuk 920 as per the recommendations of the previous posters, looking forward to it.

For the racks however, i'm still looking as Justin racks don't seem to be easy for me to get in asia due to shipping costs, along with CPC arcylic racks as well at 100$ shipping for 5-6 racks alone

I wouldn't take the risk to order acrylic racks from across an ocean (they can break easily), let alone factoring in the Customs costs.
So, I tend to buy generic racks locally, which are OK for CPCs but too large for Paulsons or Tina chips.
The solution is the following (I don't even know how to call these things in my own mother tongue, let alone in English):

One side is felt, the other side is sticky. You put these things under the legs of chairs and tables. They do a great job in larger-than-necessary chip racks too.

These furniture pads come in different sizes. If you find some that have the same diameter as the chips or the rack parts, you can cut them in 2.

Indeed. I also use the leftover middle part to help with stability when stacking the racks.

If you buy AirTites in larger quantities and from AirTite directly, they arrive un-assembled. The foam ring centers are just pre-cut and you have to pop out the center.

I hang on to those centers and they have served well to fill the space in racks that are too loose. If I lose one, darn... I have others.

I also use those to fill gaps in racks that I'm shipping.

Cards are subjective. I've used brands from Copag, Modiano, China cards, Justins Broken Arrow, Kem's and Fournier EPT.
My favorite is the Fournier cards.
I can;t comment on the Faded Spade or others.
