The set has the following chips

Casino the ithamus $1 x 100

Aztar $25 x100
casino de mexico 200 x20
WTHC 1x 121
,5x63
,500,x150
1000x103

except for the aztars the rest of the chips have pretty sharp corners, definitely not uber mint but great condition.

I don’t believe you'd be able to sell the set all in one go. If sold separately, you'd probably be able to manage the following:

Aztars: a little more than $1 per chip
CDI $1's: about $2.50 per chip

CDM's: about $3 per chip

Any of the WHTC's can get you about $3.50 to $4 per chip if they're in good shape. Good luck!
 
Since the set is three different sets, I would break down the pricing and sell it by denomination. No way this sells all at once unless it is at a market discount.

selling the chips here should beeasy
 
Roughly $2.50 - $3 per chip for the entire lot (pending condition), although the value of the individual chips will vary quite a bit.
 
I don’t think the WTHC’s with the suits mold would be worth more than the THC fantasy chips.

While THC is often considered the best mold, those that like the suits mold consider it on par. The Avalon and PCR sets are well regarded and the WTHC set was/is the premier Paulson home set. While these chips are rather common it is a classic set and definitely market rate is $3.50min.
 
hmm i have seen the 1000s and 500 sell at $9-10/chip so $3.50/chip sounds a bit low, but maybe thats an average..

Yeah, no one will pay that per chip on a set. And the people that would pay 9 a chip are far and few between. Trust the vets on this site, they won't steer you wrong. You will probably have better results if you don't mix the various sets of chips (CDI, WTHC, CDM). Usually buyers in quantity want to fill a set of the same chip set.

Yep this. If you want to sell over a period of 2-3 years then you might be able to sell 30-50% of your chips. People may pay it one chip at a time but if you’re looking to sell your set you won’t find anyone willing to pay close to that $/chip.

Agreed, if you mix sets to sell that would be tougher. I would think, it would be an individual's personal preference on colors and labels to match. Unless you add fractionals to a set that does not offer it.

The diff here Einstein is the man is asking - he’s not Listing his asking price, collecting money For such goods, then backing out his word after he learns of demand/gets better offer. It’s called integrity. I know it’s hard for some people. I was taught the concept by my father. I work on it everyday, and considering how asshat back ways behind you are, I’d suggest highly you get started right away. Integrity. Look it up. WORK ON IT EVERY DAY. In the meantime You wouldn’t even get out the car on the street I live on. No middle aged privileged nerd here, just a man with lots of integrity.

I would second a lot of the advice and comments previously made above. The biggest factor is going to be condition of the WTHCs. Close-up pics would be helpful. If they're excellent/near mint, @tootsmagoots might be able to get $3.50 to $4 a chip for those, just as @JMC9389 and @Eloe2000 said. And to echo @FDLmold @skylines and @allforcharity, @tootsmagoots will get max value by selling off each type separately. I think $2,000 is the ceiling here ($1,500 for the WTHC and $500 for the rest), but $1,600 to $1,800 would be more realistic.
 
thanks everyone, I have a few PMs about these chips. Im in no hurry to sell, but since they get used maybe once every 2 years, i think its time to let them go, I also have 1000 chipset of the CPS used once as well, i used to be in the game and i am no longer. I will be in touch with anyone who PMed me when i sell. My guess is that when i get a new car this till be put towards it. I also have some senior chippers who can vouch for me and possibly escrow as i would need the same from the other end in a private sale. I had no problems before of CT.net..
