Trying to decide between no mold textured and gecko hybrid.

Have hybrids shipped yet? If so, do we have comparison between hybrid vs CM/NM print quality?

I'd be in for a micro cash set of hybrids ~500-700 chips. CMs would be fine, but I'd be up for just about any hybrid.
Is it true the presence of a label adds a little bit of a deeper "thunk" that you don't normally get from a standard ceramic's "clink"? Not quite as nice (subjectively) as a CC, but somewhere in between?

Anyone interested in a large "inlay" hybrid? Would love to try some 1-1/4 inch labels. Open to cards mold or gecko mold or nuts mold.

Also, I'm looking for hybrid samples, can anyone help me out?

In seriousness...I think you would get a lot of community support and orders for a 'PCF' mold if Tommy gives his okay.

Or maybe a "ROULETTE" mold?

Yes, the label/material combo of hybrids dramatically changes the sound, especially the 43mm version with small recess/label. Much nicer than China clays, imo.

Imo, large label hybrids are too slippery, due to the reduced chip-to-chip contact area and resulting loss of surface friction. They also weigh considerably less, with a larger recessed area.

I don't mind high end plastic level slippery, is it more slippery than Abbiati or B&G?

Have you considered gecko with small crown? I think that may look more classy.

I feel like you'd probably get enough interest from all the people with Tropical/Paradise themed sets.

What about gecko palm...?
