40/50 mm are the chip diameter; the different racks allow them to sit snugly. Some chips that are 43mm wouldn't fit correctly in a 40mm rack.I received my chips today. Much appreciated @justincarothers. How does one know what size racks to get? I assume you would measure the barrel length. I’m confused on sizing of racks as I’m reading 40mm, 50mm, etc. That clearly is not the length of a barrel. I find my racks are too loose. I ordered hybrid RHC if that helps
Okay, that makes better sense. Still, how does one know the length of the rack for the barrel to fit?40/50 mm are the chip diameter; the different racks allow them to sit snugly. Some chips that are 43mm wouldn't fit correctly in a 40mm rack.
If you got hybrid RHC, chances are they're 39mm and they fit perfectly in a 40mm rack.
Tons of threads on here about the little differences between racks, I cant speak to that part, sorry!Okay, that makes better sense. Still, how does one know the length of the rack for the barrel to fit?
