***This is a thread of consolidated information to aide your own group buys of these chips***
This is not an order interest thread, which can be found here. The original group buy thread has extensive information here. There is a lot of value in doing smaller group buys to reach value at around 10,000 chips per group. This post has consolidated info to help you withcthat.
please @ me to update this info

***All info below pertains to the "Tina" vendor only***

Minimum per design/denom:

25 chips (chips can be ordered in any quantity above 25 chips. They do not need to be multiples of 25).

Cost:

I recommend you assume a little variability in the pricing. Honestly it seems a little on fly. But it also seems it has gone up a couple pennies since GB1. As of 11/23/20 I had a rough quote of:

39mm cards mold:
$0.28 at > 10,000
$0.30 at > 2,000-5,000
$0.40 at > 500-1,000

43mm
$0.28 per chip at > 1,000

*quantities do not apply across sizes/molds

Shipping:

Approx. $0.025/per chip by weight shipped by boat when ordering more than 10,000 chips.

Colors:

Pantone colors. May be safe by using CMYK. 33 sets of color sample wheels are floating around.

Designs:

You are not limited by any design characteristics. Cards mold inner inlay area is 25mm.

Designers:

@timinater
@Quicksilver-75
@p5woody
@JeepologyOffroad

"Off the shelf" available designs:

See post below

Artwork Templates:

Bosco/Aces artwork courtesy of Bosco: link

Artwork submission:

AI (or SVG but not recommended) files only

Contact info:

I am happy to answer questions and provide contact info via PM. But people should ask questions here and group up before peppering Tina & Co. with questions.

* Thanks again a million times over to @SeanGecko for all of the work he has put into this and who deserves all the credit.

Several designs are premade and available for a small fee or free:

Thanks for putting this together. I suggest people get while the gettin is good. Prices are only going to go up if PCF continues at this rate
So how they hell do I pull from your imgur url?! Haha. PCF is crushing your colorful image and it also hijacks the URL.

NVMD. Figured it out by viewing the page HTML

So much great info, thank you! I know the Bosco artwork is free but I’m not too handy with (nor have access to) illustrator. Can anyone help modify the text for me for when the next group buy comes around?

EDIT: Found someone :)

For people who have gotten these in hand - do we need to provide reversed (background not inlay) artwork for the other side in order to get the edge spots to line up on both sides?

You do not need to provide reverse chip artwork.

* unless you want different artwork on the front and back (and then you'll remember to flip it).
I want the same inlay with flipped spots so the spots match.
So one side is red /blue / green the other side would be red /green /blue

If you want the same image on both sides then you don't need to provide two images - Tina and Co will automatically flip them so the edge spots match up.

To be fair, if you forgot to flip one image when submitting two different images, you would just have to wait for them to print proofs before getting things rectified!

I am intrested in some of these designs. Who makes them? Where can I find them?

Sorry for the delayed response to your PMs. I will answer here in case it helps other new members. The bottom line is that it is a Chinese Alibaba B2B manufacturer. They can print any chip design you like. But they don't have any decent designs "in stock". Members here have designed there own sets for the making. Customization like this is the really nice feature here that usually comes at a much higher price. The designs I posted in the OP of this thread have been created by members and are available for use to other members (some free, some ask donation, some ask a small fee). You can contact the person that I tagged above each image for usage questions. Typically that person can also make some slight changes for you for free or for a fee (such as to change the denoms or put your name on the chips etc).

Now I think you mentioned the Aces design options somewhere. That is kind of a master design sheet that was created by a member who is no longer here. If you are not design savvy, you should reach out to one of the member designers that I listed in the OP of this thread. They can work with you to create and finalize your chips.

As far as the ordering, you can order direct from the Alibaba seller but the shipping and price per chip is much more. That is why we have been creating smallish groups to get the price per chip down and pool the shipping cost. I saw that you responded to @RudysNYC 's thread. It looks like he may have a spot for you in his group. It is just the holidays so things are moving slow around here. Similarly I may have a spot in my group but I wont know for a week or two. I have the contact info for the Alibaba seller and can pass it along if you decide to order by yourself, but I am trying not to put that out there unless people are serious about ordering. We have already driven the price up on these chips and I dont want to keep doing that.

The other thing to consider is that these will take time. This whole process takes time. It takes time to design the chips, it takes time to organize with the group for the buy, it takes time for them to make the chips, it takes time for the chips to arrive from China by boat, and it takes time for the chips to get reshipped to you from within the group. So we are talking several months for turn around time. If you want custom ceramic chips soon (a couple weeks) you should contact https://brpropoker.com/. They are a great US company with great products and great customer service. They can even help you with designs in house. They are just not as cheap as this Alibaba seller on these chips.

My advice to you is;
  1. Get a design established as I mentioned above
  2. Figure out your budget and your timing desires
  3. Proceed from there either working to find a group for a group buy, going at the Alibaba seller alone, or going with BRProPoker

Sorry friend, been off PCF for a few days cuz of the holiday. If you want more info, shoot me a PM--we have a few options, you're welcome to join but you'd likely have to choose a design in around 10 days

Ok sounds good. I’m working on designs ASAP so I can try to get in. These would be around .30 a chip correct?

@Eloe2000, we’re doing about 14,000 chips. I estimated 3¢/chip for shipping, but it came out to about 3.5¢/chip.
