Leaded? Don't ask me, i have no clue. Condition? They were in very decent shape when acquired by the @TheChipRoom IIRC. I believe the Double Downs are a bit more harder to source.
The added metal flakes are a bonus imo n gives them a nice weighty feel. I'm not ashamed to admit that the ladies aren't the only ones who like things that glitter n sparkle.
