Cheating allegations at Stones (2 Viewers)

"I wanted to call the guy to discuss but I thought that ain't worth it so I sue him"

I feel that the podcast with Jaman is a bit mhee... almost is like he avoided to talk about the lawsuit

people have been cheating at poker forever. He has not “gotten away with it” in the sense that he got caught. it is hard to say if he will face legal consequences. I’d like to think so but prior cheaters have not and still play poker. He will certainly be persona non-grata which is its own kind of consequence.
My guess is that the casino will settle, players who were cheated will be made financially whole, and this thing will go by like other scandals before it and those yet to come.

Yes there have been cheaters, but it looks as if they propped him up as a poster boy god and definitely looks like employees were in on it. Maybe there have been other scandals on this scale but I don't recall them. The poker community definitely with social media has all eyes on this case like nothing I've ever seen. Personally I'd like cheaters to continue to play, just with 1 less limb, as a sign to others.

ultimate bet and full tilt we’re pretty big scandals that also involved company complicity. Russ Hamilton still plays and so does Chris Ferguson. Not sure if Howard Lederer still plays.

I personally only know something happened couldn't tell you exactly what happened as it wasn't plastered everywhere. Also online everyone knows that's the risk of computers. When you physically watch live streams, like I and many people do, it changes the whole psychy of the game. Jaman talked about his feelings in Joey's stream. He didn't even want to play poker at all, it just made him feel sick. I could be wrong Pat, just think this is on a different scale when it comes to affecting poker if he gets away with this. Hopefully not but we shall see
 
This reminds me of Stu Ungar in the 1997 World Series. Stu is wearing what appears to be luminous ink reader sunglasses. At one point Stu calls with a 10 high. Players made comments like it was as if Stu could see my hole cards

my google search suggestions are far too offensive to post on an Internet forum.

every couple of months I get my jolly’s by calling my corporate help desk and asking in a worried voice if they audit our google search suggestions. It really weirds them out.
