Am I crazy to assume that this is completely on hold until we know the future of CPC??
IMO ... yes? There are bajillions of ASM/CPC chips out there that would benefit from these racks, regardless of future production.

I understand that, but I don't see many owners from the last 20 years finding these here. Some will, but the majority already have storage solutions. I guess Justin is the only one that can answer this question.

Could someone with a fancy measuring tool measure the inside of a Justin rack in mm? I measured but want a digital measurement

What exact measurements do you want? All?
Dial calipers are just as exact as digital.
67.70 mm if you can get it right on the little nubs that stick out a bit. At first I was getting 67.85, but then I noticed the nub.
I tried to get a pic, but I don't have enough hands to hold the rack and the calipers and the camera and keep the calipers from slipping off the nub.
Those two lines going from top to bottom are what I mean by the nub. And I remeasured from a better angle. Now I'm getting 67.52mm. I think I had slipped off the nub in the measurement above.

I just received some of Dennis' racks in this week. They are both the exact same measurements. The difference is in the "nubs" as mentioned before that make it narrower.
PS: let me expend on that. On the inside of the 'nubs' it is 67.7... without the nubs I am getting about 67.9 which is the exact same as Dennis' racks. At least that's what I am getting and I've measured them both 10 times.
PSS: Damn those nubs are hard to measure but 67.55 to 67.7. I have measured four of Dennis racks and still get 67.9 on all of them. I am out.

are cpc chips the same size as Paulson 39mm chips?
Not really, some molds are slightly thicker, which don’t fit into some racks quite as nicely. Plus there’s some chip to chip variation. “Dennis” racks are usually the go to for CPC chips which have a barrel height of 67.9 mm (?)
This is why there’s this interest for Justin racks specifically for CPC chips.

Paulson racks are 67.7?
Paulson racks are 66.7 mm nominally
“Dennis” racks are 67.7 mm and measure a bit more than that.
