IMO, the H-mold is under-rated. It's a pretty cool mold.


I'm with @liftapint on the T500. Colors/edgespots look great.

It's a heckuva room to play in. Super-juiced that you're adding cash games into the mix. As soon as I can get the schedule worked out, I'd love to get back your your basement for a game

Also, I would order 5 extras of each chip - nothing more annoying than losing one and having to stare at a 99 chip rack for the rest of your life.

I'd say 5% of each chip... But CPC usually adds extra chips to the order. Five extra should be fine.

I've had as little as 1 extra per 200 chips and a full barrel extra for 200 chips.

My last re-order was 100 chips. I was hoping for 105 or something. I got 100 chips.

If this has been asked and answered already, sorry. I didn't read all of the posts. Why two denominations on each chip? I would want larger graphics for more detail.

Just something that my designer came up with. Kind of a mirror of the top and bottom since it says “Bar & Poker Room” top and bottom. And it put the block M in the dead center.

I also noticed that some ceramics do that when they have the value listed 2-4 times around the outer ring of the face.

I also went with a college football theme related to my alma mater Penn State back in 2003 when they were ASM. I think there is a chance you make feel the label to be too crowded. Can you go with the bigger inlay or eliminate the outside border and words? Here are mine. The denominations are hard to read and I regret not getting them all like the $500s/1000s.
This is the Old State Card Club. After I built the bar it goes by the Old State Club and I and designing new ceramics to reflect that . I wish I had the room you do!! I took up a lot of space with a home theater and gameing

area for the kids. Also a work room.

I have two major chipsets from them plus have done two separate add-ons to the first set and one add-on to the 2nd. Throughout all those orders I've received as few as two extras on a given denom.... twice. In support of your statement though I'd say the mean number of extras is probably around 4-7 per denom. One just shouldn't count on it.

Not that this affects you given your designs, but I've read here that those ordering solids from CPC might want to expect zero extras.

Honestly I'm glad. His antics don't really line up with Izzo's coaching style. I think Izzo would blow a brain vessel on the court trying to deal with his ego. Memphis seems like the perfect fit.

Alright, we officially submitted the order for my custom CPC Tournament set. This is my mock up from the design tool, I just sent David the Adobe Illustrator file for my inlay so hoping to have his official blessing on it soon on the artwork.

History - I love Michigan Football so I originally started with a Michigan/Big10 theme. I worked through probably 20 iterations over the last 6-8 months on that and slowly started moving towards a combo family/Michigan theme. Last name is Miller so my wife suggested incorporating the Block M and our last name. All poker events have been hosted at our house over the last 15+ years and I have always built out bars in our basement that our social life centers around. I went with H Mold as it's currently in the active order window and believe it or not, I laid out all the CPC molds in front of my wife and told her to pick one..... yes she did pick H mold as her first choice. She's the only female player in our group of 21-24 guys so I involved her in the design process (it also helped get the order through.... lol)

We play a T5000 format with blinds starting at $25/$50 so this should be a solid breakdown for our group.

$25 - 400 chips
$100 - 400 chips
$500 - 200 chips
$1,000 - 80 chips
$5,000 - 20 chips

Love these! Especially the 25s (love the simplicity, cool color combo you don't usually see), 500s (I'm a sucker for a purple chip) and the 1ks (the color combo remind me of Good & Plenty's, in a good way).

I was worried that the $25 was too simple and went back and forth on the design. Almost changed them after I submitted the design and my wife told me to stick with it. Really happy with how they all turned out.
