very interested in this. Even thought thught I don't own any SDMs. I could get on board as some alternative quarters for a mixed set games. I'll have to wait till after the holidaysto commit though if your going to wait

Definitely waiting since CPC won't even be running the FDL mold until February at the earliest.

This GB order probably won't be placed until March... to let everyone recover from holiday funds depletion. :)

The GB is sitting in an ongoing open/hold pattern.

Another suggestion: If you're planning on getting the order in for the next FDL production cycle, I'd ask David to give you kinda the cut-off date for that order as it's usually at least a few weeks before production... Maybe you already have a different arrangement with him though...

Good idea! I'll reach out to him to get a cutoff date. It sounds like it will be a ways out though, as they aren't planning for FDL production until Feb/March. But if they have a lead time cutoff of 3-4 weeks, we'll definitely need to know around New Years as the GB will have an impending cutoff.

What to do with the current Stardust Mansion Salmon T100 I have relabeled as quarters now?!?!?!?:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

I got my dayglo peacock sample chip yesterday. I think imperial blue (or light blue) would be a better choice to go with the rest of the cash set. Just my 2c.

Really, Tommy? What's not gelling for you with the Peacock in the set? Do you think if you had a whole barrel of those (for a stack look) it would change your mind?

Very interesting comment indeed... I should be getting my sample really soon as well...

Just because the cash chips are not bright colors. Up to you guys of course. I'm not in the GB.

It makes sense... I was looking at the picture of my set I posted ITT and had the same thought actually... I think if both colors were unweighted, Light Blue would be the definite winner for the set... I have some quarter pies with Light Blue and I'll try to see how they look with the SPM...

@BPTDirector :

Hey Jim, would you have by any chance a picture of your set with those awesome quarters showing stacks of the chips together? Maybe at CT?

DG Peacock would be an awesome replacement for the dark blue T100 in the Stardust tourney set.

I have a photo with them all racked up I think. I have 400 of my quarters never used I can take a photo of and post. I'll be selling my unused unplayed quarters soon as well because I sold the cash set to help fund a PA for my band. I didn't think we could copy the inlay so I made my quarters generic loosely copying my logo but you can see they go very well with the set.

I'll post a photo and probably a classified later.

As for the brass flakes, they really do not cause a distraction and on the face of the chip they hardly ever show. The light blue is the right choice with this set IMO.

AWESOME!!!! Thanks a bunch Jim!!!

I think DG Peacock might work for a T100 in my Broken Bell set. ;)

No horse in this race, but I'd vote for Dayglo Katy Peacock with 414 Dayglo Yellow spots, randomly oriented. I think the balance of the set is easily bright enough to handle it.
