I finally went custom! It's funny because when I started chipping, custom chips were available from TR King, Paulson, ASM, and a host of other places that offered a variety of chips. Thinking these options would never change, I set out for what I considered the better home game set... real casino chips. Little did I know that Paulson would be purchased by GPI and leave the home game market, TR King would close it's doors and ASM would be the only player left but at a much higher price point. Then along came vendors like NevadaJacks, thechiproom and now thechipvault all bringing real casino chips to the home game market at affordable prices. So now casino chips for use in the weekly home game is not only possible but the options are incredible. Man how times have changed...
I almost pulled the trigger on a set of ASM Roman molds about 8 years ago but circumstances prevented me from completing the project. So when the opportunity presented itself this time around, I jumped at the chance. I got in touch with Steve (aka Quicksilver-75) and got the ball rolling on some artwork. Steve did an amazing job, and together we came up with these...
Then after some last minute drama a hundo was added, and the order placed...
In the end, these are now ready to play:

I really can't thank @Quicksilver-75 enough, he was patient, very quick to respond, and does outstanding work. If anyone is looking for design help, I highly recommend You look him up. Also have to thank @David Spragg for saving ASM/CPC, the quality of chip you are putting out is awesome.
