USPS MFRB is the way to go, it should be able to fit 900 of them. MFRB can fit 1200 chips the only limitation is 20lbs in weight which I don't believe these ceramics will trigger.

900 chips are going to get REAL close. My Cards mold chips are averaging 9.7 g. 8.73 kilos for 900 which comes in at 19.25 lbs. for just the chips. Add the box and packing material and you'll be very close.

If the empty box and packing material = 280 g, then you are good to go with 900 cards mold chips. I actually get 19.99 lbs with 906 chips. Just saying you are getting so close, you would want to weigh the label, any tape you're going to use on the box, any dust that might fall onto the box on the way to the post office...
They’d send it back or make the receiver pay any penalties. Don’t know their allowable variance but would stink to have either happen. Also don't know how picky they are about the 20 pound limit. They may have a small allowable variance. Like what are they going to do if it's 20 pounds and 1 ounce? Send it back? confiscate it?
