Interest Dal Negro playing cards (1 Viewer)

so we have 2 options. This all relates to the bridge jumbo cards. The poker Jumbo are stocked as regular buys. they need to run off a print for all bridge jumbo options.

option 1.
we can use their in house designs and colour scheme. This means we can buy:
1000 decks - (500 x2 colours) - 3.4€ per deck
2000 decks - (1000 x2 colours) - 2.3€ per deck
3000 decks - (1000 x3 colours) - 1.9€ per deck

These are the options

PVC stock is .315mm / smooth or ‘rough’ texture available

Option 2.
We can go fully customised. Anything we want.
3000 decks is the minimum. Only 2 colours. And same price of 1.9€ per deck.

shipping info:
They will despatch to multiple countries direct from Italy. I just have to stipulate the breakdown.
I am organising USA / Australia / Europe
Just need a delegate in each country to accept and reship.
logistics for 3000 decks will be divided accordingly

the 3000 decks/1.9€ seems the logical option. However this will drive up shipping costs. So this needs to be factored.

voting on a design:
Each deck you intend to purchase gives you 1 vote towards any group voting. This being colours and styles.

let me know if I have missed anything.

So just to clarify, can we choose other colors besides blue and red for the stock back design option if 1000 decks (500 each color) are ordered?

Second, for poker jumbo decks, what exactly do you mean by a "regular buy"? Do they have blue/red in different style backs in stock and ready to ship, with no MOQ?

Yes we can choose any colours we want. They have a whole Pantone chart available. I’ll upload.

poker size is limited to a few colours and designs as they already have them in stock. each deck had a MOQ ok 10, so it’s easy to reach.

I'd be curious as to which colors/designs of poker jumbo they have in stock. I think others would too.

I think lots of us will agree on different back colors for the bridge jumbo decks if we are able to reach the MOQ. Will get back to you on how many decks of those I'm in for, plus color preferences.

Poker size options
The thicker cards (blackjack) are substantially more expensive.

For science, I'll crack open a deck of the thinner .315 poker size cards that I got from Italy a few weeks back and report back. They had red and blue decks. Just by looking at them though, it seems like it's the textured stock that the most recent desjgn cards have, and they use the darker red security ink. I'd be in for some of the black and green decks if they're good, but I imagine they're carbon copies of desjgn's most recent Grand Victorian cards in terms of feel if I were to guess.

Also FYI, Kardwell has the NTP Blackjack cards in stock already for those in the US, priced at $8.50 per deck plus shipping. Buyer beware, however. They're not very reliable. I am still waiting on a red deck of these NTP Blackjacks from them on an order that they shorted me on a few months ago.

Hi all
I got some info about a potential group buy.
I have prices for the poker size.
.315mm Poker jumbo = roughly $4.5us deck
.32mm poker jumbo (blackjack) = $8us

option 1.

Hi, so in the original email, the price for Poker jumbo (non-black jack) was $4.50 per deck, but now for the bridge jumbo, if we get 500 setups the price is $3.40 per deck? Is that $4.50 per deck still the price on the poker jumbo for the group buy no matter what the quantity? Thanks for all of your help with this.

To piggy back on this, about how much of a shipping surcharge per deck should we expect from Italy to the US and elsewhere? This ultimately will determine how many decks I buy.

So I was right and wrong on this.

Right in that the ink used is a darker red than standard.

However, I was incorrect in my assumption that the very grainy textured stock a la desjgn was used. The stock has some texture and has a nice linen finish, but it's not super grainy. This stock is much smoother. They still feel great and at $4.50 plus shipping per deck it's hard to go wrong here.

Also, a new ace of spades design!

If we get 1000 decks (500x 2) in poker size, I’m sure we can get a cheaper price.
lots of people wanted different things, so the MOQ of 10 suited. However, the slightly higher cost.

Thank you for all your effort @xdan and @JMC9389 .

It seems, based on previous replies (before you latest info), we have a certain split in interest between bridge and poker. That would make reaching the 1,000 deck minimum (or 3,000 for custom) order for the bridge run possibly challenging? Maybe it is still doable, don't know. It feels out of reach to me though.

I'm good with whatever, personally, as long as it is not a full bled back. Back color not as important to me although I do have my preferences.

Count me in for 10/12 set-ups or either bridge or poker. If we are close to reaching a discount threshold, I could swing a few additional set-ups.

Only preference is Bridge/Jumbo. Backs or Colors really not important. I’m sure you guys will come up with something nice without my input. I will sit back and watch.

Wow, this project is looking great! I don’t use poker size cards, but would surely be in for a bunch of bridge decks distributed within Europe. Fingers crossed for a fully custom design! :)

This. I would purchase 4-5 set-ups at least or up to 10, if that makes a difference.

So I got some shopping estimates
200 decks to Australia is 200€
800 decks to Europe (Poland @surfik) is 140€
USA is still waiting due to the sizeable order.

i used these quantities purely as guess work.

I think the 3000 fully customised is going to be a struggle.

I think we aim for 1000 decks (500x2) of bridge jumbo. So the bridge jumbo will only be offered in 2 colours of our choice with back design of our choice.

now for poker size, we can go down the same path or you have 4 viable options already in stock to choose from.

Not sure if I've actually posted or not, but I'm in for 3 setups. Do the setups come in a double deck box, or are the decks packaged individually?
