Dinner Plans? (10 Viewers)

Pork, and lots of it. The first pic is about 4 hours in. The second is two of the pork butts pulled for a friend.

I love me some of that spicy chicken!
The result was really tasty, I'd highly recommend giving it a shot. I followed this recipe:
with a couple of minor modifications (I didn't have tomato paste so I used sundried tomatoes, and I tossed a few other things like garlic confit into the marinade)

I keep a bottle of Peri-Peri at work. Some guys can't handle the heat so I'm not doing full dinners with it.
