im a little perplexed by this question :

would you collect chipsets if you did not play poker?

If I had the money, time, and inclination to justify such a hobby w/o actually playing, I very likely would. I love gaming/gambling tools and all the history/artistic aspects that go with them. I would probably limit it to Nevada sets, though, as I have yet to visit a casino or card room outside of Nevada or AZ.

I know a lady (haven't talked to her in years). She was a fan of collecting chips sets and individual chips way more than actually playing poker. She used to frequent homepokertourney as "Midnight Rose". Great gal.

I have a few small, mint sets that I collect only. I play with the Casino Aztar almost weekly, sometimes with some mixed set. Just got a set of CPS and All-In to play at my friends' house.
