I thought the yellow spot on the $5 was from the darker color pallate and the yellow on the $20 was from the brighter pallate?

Just order 60 of another chip and get some 500 labels - I really don't see how this is a show stopper.

Well, yes. Technically, all of the base colors are from the brighter color set, and all of the spots are from the standard set. But for most colors, it's very hard to tell them apart (some, the difference is insane...neon orange). So they are a little different, yes. But for all intents and purposes, they'll look pretty similar, both the yellow spots and yellow base, and the purple spots and purple base (especially for chips with back-to-back denoms).

I don't have many Bud Jones chips but the Matsui plastic is a bit more matte in finish whereas the Bud Jones are quite shiny. The Matsuis absolutely don't stick to each other whereas the Bud Jones I have are a bit sticky.
We are now at 11202 chips assuming the purple frac and snapper don't get made (the 18s you see in the chart are for samples).

My reservations are mostly about how slippery my Horeshoe samples are. The orange $5 makes the set for me.
