(Pardon the tiny teeny amount of pron in this post. I'm just trying to see how posting photos works, and Friday brought a good opportunity for it.)
I'm pretty sure my favorite webpage to see in a day is the USPS shipping confirmation screen. Definitely makes it exciting to get home from work.
A couple of fun ones came on Friday -- first was the sample set from link_slayer. They're Rounders chips on the CSQ mold, and I actually like this mold a lot. I like the scroll mold on the small set I already have, but it's neat to see the slightly different look this mold gives.
I should have a few more Rounders chips coming in the near future, at which point I'll have to post a bit more pron...
I also ordered a package from Key West, which is the first time I've done that. I needed some racks, and figured it was also a good chance for a sample set of the chips. The racks are really great (I'll be getting more of them) but I was also really impressed by the chips too.
I like that smaller denominations are available. My group tends to still play pretty micro-stakes games, so the 5c, 25c, and $1 chips would be great for our game. But I'm also drawn to the much higher chips for tourney games. Hmmm. Decisions, decisions.
But yeah, I'm going to need a nice Key West set now. No way around that, just a matter of time
The pron is light in this one, but I'll post a big thread of my chip sets (Aztar, Par-A-Dice, Kenmore Lanes, some complete/some mixed) maybe later this weekend.
