Game of Thrones (HBO Series - NO BOOK SPOILERS) (2 Viewers)

I claimed it on page 22 lol.

I'm pretty convinced the mad queen danAERYS is going to die, I'm sick of her and they ruined her character.

It would be ironic if she died from a blast of ice/fire/whatever it is from the undead dragon.
Ahhh I thought he meant next episode. I'd say 99% she dies at some point.

"cop it"?
Haha british slang, my bad.

Yep. Dragon on Dragon "dog fight." She goes down for sure.

All three dragons get in a fight and the big one and the undead one eventually kill each other, and the third smaller one is mortally wounded and flys off.
After all the battles and deaths the final scene is the third dragon wounded in a dark cave surrounded by hundreds of hatching dragon eggs.
Fade to black

That dragon is too young to be having sex.

I agree plenty of criticisms can be made about people not dying or Bran warging cause he found the battle boring, or even that Dany totally threw Jonah in front of her to get stabbed but to me one put them all to shame...

WTF really no back story into his motivations/intentions? No other white walker had his back as Arya was just running around behind him? According to the behind the scenes the show creators said he needed to be stabbed in the exact spot the children of the forest stabbed him to die... so 1) how’d Arya know or are we saying it’s luck and 2) what the NK decided to have a gap in his armor just at that exact spot? Whose his fashion designer, they should definitely be fired. And I couldn’t help thinking of this when I heard it.

Talk about an eventful episode! I was definitely entertained, and the visuals were on point. Although ...I was a bit disappointed that more key people didn't die. I thought it might be more like the end of ....double click to reveal a different movie spoiler: Infinity War, where pretty much 1/2 the main cast dies.

Wow...not what I was expecting. The whole episode was pretty dark and hard to see. A lot of things moving so fast, that it was hard to really see WTF was happening. That is up until that fairly awesome moment.....

But again WTF...? Wasn't that supposed to be the main deal happening at the end of the series..?

Yeah alot of it was dark and hard to see. And there were alot of things that didnt make much sense.

Obviously you should light the trench first and hide behind it and not sacrifice a third of your army in the first 10 seconds. Keep firing the trebuches and put way more archers on the walls. Lay down some dragon fire for fucks sake and help your guys out. And then once the trench is lit why did the archers stop firing? The whites were obviously in range.

Also wtf was bran doing warging the whole time. Man hes useless. I also expected alot more of the main characters to die. Really the only major deaths were Jorah and theon.

I still thought it was a great episode and I loved every minute of it. Arya killing the night king was perfect.

Cant wait for the next 3 episodes. Maybe they can get the Dawnish or something to help them out. Maybe bran can do something useful, but probably not.

One dragon left and barley any men. Not sure how they are going to take kings landing, but cant wait to find out.

I had my problems with things, but:

Dany and Jon likely were cautious in the immediate use of the dragons because NK already shrewdly claimed one and could do that again. Also, they knew he was lingering on Viserion somewhere.

Dothraki fight like a mindless mob. Once their swords were set aflame, they were like a pack of wild dogs. Even Ghost joined the charge.

The teaser for the next episode showed both dragons and Ghost survived.

Bran is mostly useless but he warged into the ravens who flew directly to NK and basically led him to his death, and not a moment too soon. He knew where to kill NK and Arya used the dagger he gave her at the start of the series, which closed that arc.

When Melisandre told Arya she'd "close blue eyes forever", Arya knew what to do. She snuck up on the wights at the tree like she did Jon. There was even a breeze past one of the lieutenants first. And she used the dagger technique she did against Brienne in training.

I thought we should've lost more. I hate fake tension. Sam died like 5x. The House of Mormont went out in badass style though.
