The guy in France is the one who owns the artwork and I'd have to negotiate using his artwork submitted on the original order.

The order was submitted to a company that ABC now owns, but would need permission to reuse the artwork.

I'll also need to submit one of my plaques to ABC to see if he can replicate the plaque.

I'm very interested but a little confused on which plaque we would be getting. The colorful red and blue ones or the glossy orange and red ones??

Those are Matsui. IIRC. $18-20 each vs $4-5. No idea who owns the artwork

These Matsuis were commissioned and sold by Harlequin011 at Chiptalk. I think J5 did the design but I'm not sure.

Well I just went down and measured a poker size cut card and these dimensions match it as well. Don't ask me where the hell I came up with 82x57......must've had my whiskey glasses on that night.

93x65....I won't meet the minimums by myself. Itll be better to match the GB anyway

I've worked with OWPS back then, the original batch was 230 plaques and the plaque size was 93 mm x 65 mm x 5 mm and the original price was around $5 for each plaque.

I still got the design and I can easily add a new 25 plaque if you want.

The pricing I originally had were for a smaller and thinner plaque. The pricing for the 93mm x 65mm x 5mm is $4.50/plaque.

This group buy is only for ceramic plaques.

I think the 500s were made in 2 different sizes back then. I know I've seen them side to side, maybe thats where the 82x57 vs 93x65 comes from. I think the bigger one was for 1000s and 5000s.

But so to be clear here in this groupbuy, the 1000s and 5000s will have a different design?? Or can you still choose which 5000?

I believe you. But I also believe I've seen two different sized 500 plaques next to each other with the same design as in the first post. If somebody made that design without permission then I dont know.

In 2014 someone paid me a fee for using the design on a small amount of PNY plaques but I though he used the same size... it seems not

I agree, but I think the 93x65 is already small enough. This looks good because it looks nice and neat in comparison to 3 big plaques, but when you measure it out they are still pretty small.
