Hello from a craps player in North Carolina (1 Viewer)

Nice! It's great to see other folks with tables. Let's me know that I'm not the only crazy one... ;) Throw in a 4' sheet of diamond rubber in place of the foam and it'll be perfect!

I built mine so that it breaks down, but have never taken it apart... So much for being portable!

Yeah I thought about replacing the foam with diamond rubber, but never thought of an easy way to attach and reattach.

As for your table. I understand why you've never taken it apart. If I had one that looked that good it would be a permanent fixture in the house!

Very nice set up!! If you are in Charlotte maybe I'll stop by.

Awesome setup. I recently learned how to deal craps. Very challenging game.

It's impressive. Mostly hardwood plywood? How did you cushion the rails?

Actually, the walls were framed with pine with a sheet of thin red oak plywood on each side. This was done to keep it light (since I originally built it to be easy to move around). It also allowed me to easily create the rounded corners. The trim is all oak. The chip trays were routed out of poplar.

The rails are just a sheet of foam on plywood covered with vinyl. Done very similar to most of the DIY poker tables.
