@The Chip Exchange, would you please consider adding a sample set of just the 39mm chips?
I suppose he could do that, but I think he's already effectively made that available now that all the 39mm chips from both racks will be for sale individually. Don't get me wrong - it'd still be a convenience to be able to have that as a single-click option. That's all I suspect we'd gain, though.

Yep, the added convenience was all I was asking for. And being able to get a complete set before any of the denoms sell out.

Ill see what I can do, it would make it easier on both of us i would imagine! :)

I'm new to this, so looking for some insight...

I see this is the main sale; historically, for similar sales, will these sets sell out within the hour (I.e. I won't check back a week later to see half the stock remaining with lower prices)?

I see in previous comments that a paypal link will appear in the original posting at the scheduled time to purchase. I assume you just click on it, pay goods and services, selects sets wanted, and submit for payment?

Lastly, is shipping included in the prices listed?

Picture Black Friday at Wal-Mart in Detroit and they are giving away 10 Samsung 4K 60" TV's as doorbusters to the first 10 people in the door still standing with no blood on them.. Get that picture in your head, and then add shipping.

I see this going very differently than Smiff. I think you will have plenty of time on most sets offered. So don't stress, if you want chips, I am thinking they will be there for you to buy.

I"m just saying.....If Cleveland was any indication.

Yes, this is a different sale for sure....but if you want chips, I'd get in early just to be sure.

Look back at the Cleveland sale....all three of them. Gone in 60 seconds.

Personally....I think this will be different, but we don't need to go into why on this thread.

If this is the case it would probably be more helpful to either say nothing or PM the new member who is asking for advice what you really think rather than give him the Black Friday Battle Royale analogy you posted.

I can't tell you how much will sell or how quickly but I can tell you that you will not see lower prices a week later. I'm sure the higher denominations will not move as fast as Cleveland for obvious reasons but there is a much smaller supply of them.

A link will be associated with each item or set and you add it to your cart and check out through PayPal

Shipping is not included but I will try and keep it at actual cost or a little under. It is a little tricky but that is my goal.

Just as a reminder for everyone or if you didn't see the earlier post. The individual pricing on the $25s, $100s and $500s is a little higher then what it is in the sets.

Primary set Example: If you bought the chips for the primary "Cash Set" individually it would cost you $20 more then buying the set.

Secondary set Example: If you bought the chips for the "100 High Stakes Heads up set" individually it would cost you $40 more then buying the set.

The individual pricing allows you to customize your breakdown. You are paying for the flexibility but if you are open to figuring out a breakdown that you are happy with by buying a variety of sets you will save some money. There are no restrictions on how many sets you can buy other then what is available in the sale.

I just changed the breakdown for the "Cash Set" so it is 2 full racks of the $1s and $5s and added 20 more $25s. Pricing to remain the same at $399 for the 500 piece set

Also, I lowered the price for the Primary $100s to $2.75 each when you buy them Individually. The "Cash Set" purchase now saves you $20 over Individual pricing.

According to my math buying singles would be ~$29, no?

It is a little more then that if you buy them separately but in the sample sets you are getting the best condition of each chip. If you buy them separately you will be getting a random chip from the lot. I used Uncirculated or as close to it as I could from each denomination. I threw in the cards to make it $39.....I thought it was pretty clever to sell 39mm chips for $39 ;) Ok, so it is not that clever........

Oh that is good to know, I think it's a good deal with the cards anyway, mint condition chips just sweeten the deal

Correct, but since it's going to be a PayPal sale like The Chip Rooms I suspect there's a real risk of running out of the more desirable denominations like $2 and maybe the $500s while dicking around trying to get everything added to the cart. A one and done is perfect.

Plus what Todd just added while I was typing up my response: the assurance of a mint or at least better than average chip is nice.

So does that mean the 20 $100 that was originally in the set is now taken out?

Question for the experienced buyers: If you were to buy these chips for a $5/$10 cash game with 2K buy-in, how many chips would you buy and what denominations? I am looking at the secondary sets and can't figure out if that's possible to do.

for example a set such as:

220 $5
220 $25
200 $100
100 $500
40 $1000

How many players, and how loose your game is are relevant to your optimal chip needs.
