That’s what I figured. Any other applications for the roller? Thinking of picking one up.Not bad. took a while though. might be better to bake them first or at least defrost them.

Nice! I assume that is strickly a separate bun warmer correct? If so, could you provide the web link you bought it from. Looks awesome.I didn’t ever think I’d say my 30 dog roller was small until I put it on top of the overstock bun warmer I picked up from an Open Pantry todayView attachment 1251231View attachment 1251230View attachment 1251229
I've done the roller clean twice now and found it to be pretty easy. Especially with Foil covering the drip pan. I keep the roller spinning at 0 degrees F and it almost cleans itself. Soapy water, clean water, then a dry towel. Maybe 5-10 mins maxRoller cleaning. God I hate it.

Holy crap, there are still Open Pantry stores open?Yep! It is its own warmer. It’s meant to be used with a commercial hot dog roller at a convenience store. I picked it up at an Open Pantry down the street from the hospital I work in. It’s a local convenience store in Wisconsin. They used to be a lot more prevalent until Kwik Trip cast their net

They never set it up because their counter space changed before they had a chance to use it. I’m not sure where they ordered it from, but I was told it’s $1200 new. I couldn’t find the exact comp for sale. This is the 96 bun warmer. The one the size down is below. In any case, I figure my price of $200 dollars was a steal!
