how are $10 and $20 chips used in sets? (2 Viewers)

$10 chips common as a “red chip” or “workhorse chip” in 5/10NL. This is what they use at Belliagio (as others have stated), as well as Aria, Wynnn, Horseshoe Hammond, I’m sure others.

$20 chips are sometimes the workhorse chip in even higher games. At bellagio, they run a 10/20/40NL game that uses $20 chips.

It seemed that $10 chips were sought after by French players for the longest but I never knew why.
I’ve recently been looking at $10s for relabel because many are blue.

I went with a $20 in my custom cash set for the same reason mentioned about not mixing with the tournament set.

The $10/10 NL table at Parx casino in PA used to have mountains of orange $10 chips on it.
