How do you call your Home Game? (5 Viewers)

Action City Sundays. In college we would play from 9pm often until dawn. As people drank, the game would get increasingly loose, and at some point people would shout "ACTION CITY!" when there was, you know, a 4 way all-in with 600BB in the pot.

My club is called the Thanks for Playing Poker Club. The club started as a home game a little over twenty years ago. At the time, several of us played online at a site called Ultimate Bet. Every time you got knocked out of a tournament on Ultimate Bet, it would show a pop up that said, "Thanks for Playing." One of the guys ( a drunk, obnoxious, and bitingly witty stock broker) started saying that to everyone when he felted them. So when we decided to form the club, it kind of stuck. I don't have actual chips to show you yet as they are still being manufactured but here is the set design. C'mon April...

Why didn't you just start with a T20 chip?

That was a long time ago! Didn't want to, and still wouldn't. My only regret about that set was choosing a T2500 instead of a T2000. No kidding!

My room is called the animal house. My wife came up with it because we are drunk, loud and at times disorderly. Over the years we’re have become less disorderly but the rest remains true. The name was a perfect fit.

SB .25c, RPC $1s, RPC $5s, EST 25s, EST 100s, SB T500s, SB $500s, and SB $100s.

Our club is called 'Blades' (est. 2007). It is named after the fictitious gentlemen's club in Ian Fleming's Moonraker novel. Bond and 'M' play cards with Hugo Drax and I just loved how he described the place. Plus, I wanted to move away from the 'Casino Royale' theme. The Latin is 'The world is not enough' and 'You only live twice'. I have had many CPC sets over the years, but after a 3 year hiatus, and just like Bond, I have returned... New table, and new chips for Blades Brisbane.
