I would sit there and think about it for way too long, giving off a ton of tells in the process before making a half pot bet only to get re raised.

I dont think the "betting lead" is too relevant on a board changing card (4 hearts).

Also, I think another question you should ask yourself is how would you play similar hands in this situation (both value and and bluffs).
