The whole buyng experience seems to be a bit of a hot mess from a self-serve perspective. I’m sure it represents such a tiny part of their business that they just don’t pay it much mind. I’m sure the normal experience that pays the bills is a high-touch casino size pirchase where they walk the customer through it.That’s a great question. When I look at their website, I can’t tell for sure what different blanks they have, what the difference is, and there’s no indication of pricing.
I think more, clearer information on their website could change some casual browsers into interested buyers.
