Well.. that is exceptionally helpful info! Should be shared ij n 9th grade sex ed. Related post, saw a 12 mph speed limit sign in Saulte Ste. Marie, Michigan back in the 70's. With speedometers having 5 mph increments, how can you even try to monitor your speed this closely? Nuts.
