This is the only picture that suggests that this item has anything to do with poker chips. But please click on the link and look at all the other pictures. I can't make heads or tails of this thing. What the hell is it?

Interesting - but the dispensers seem awful loose for a precision chip dispenser. Not sure where the chips would go in anyway!

the pictures look like they show at least 2 different wood boxes, with different handles, one with a drawer at the bottom, unless they're somehow front and back pictures. The leather looking cup looks like a dice roller from some sort of dice game, so maybe it's related to some other game. IDK. I'd pass.
