Anyone need to add on $1s to meet their minimums? I want 400.
Still looking for someone willing to pick up a couple of racks of $1s for me with their order. PLEASE don't make me try to buy a whole bunch of chips that I really don't need.
How do people generally make they work? Mill and relabel? Or keep them as is? Is there a way to keep the hotstamp and add a demon somehow?Holy crap. Spotted roulettes could make a epic tourney set.

I know. I've actually got an RHC frac in quantity, that could work well with these $1s, and everybody and their dog wants them.Sweet baby jesus. This might be my first foray into Paulsons. No fracs though? Didn't see that option.
Which rhc frac?I know. I've actually got an RHC frac in quantity, that could work well with these $1s, and everybody and their dog wants them.
The previous $1s were dogs in my honest and no-value opinion. The $5 and the $25 were blah. Yawn. Boring.I waited an hour to get in on the previous sale and I was able to get what I needed. Mind you I picked up $1 and $5 and $25. The $.50 and $500 we sold out as I expected.
No you don't. They are ugly and worn out bicycle tires. Move along sir. Move along.Everybody wants the $1s, me included.
I want to buy 400 chips... I’m not sure how many of each denom to buy? Anyone have advice? I was thinking this:
110- $1
100-$5
100-$25
80-$100
10-$500
juat in case my question got buried...any opinions on the above?
Just for play-ability sake, If you play cash games - Say $1/$2, i think the general consensus would be
100 $1s
200 $5s
200 $25s
100 $100s
if you play $0.25/$0.50, you'd want
100 fracs (none available here)
200 $1s
200 $5s
100 $25s
if you are restricting yourself to 400 chips, take about 67% of each - depending on how many people you typically host and how much bankroll you think you need.
Thanks so much! I’m stuck to 400 due to budgetary constraints...and I play in a tourney with no more than 8 guys. They loved my spirit mold CC’s...but they deserve more...
Yes, tournament would be a whole different line-up. Hopefully someone more experienced than me would be able to jump in and give you a suggestion for a 8-player tournament limited to 400 chips.I think they are giving you cash set breakdowns. If you want tournament you should specify.

Ok thanks! Yeah we do tourneys only so no one loses too much money...
No reason he can't stick with a T1-base tourney set, either: T1/T5/T25/T100 works just fine for T500 starting stacks and 1/2 opening blinds (10/8/10/2, 250BB).
350 chips is all that is really needed for a single-table event:
100 x $1
100 x $5 (20 for $1 color-ups)
100 x $25
50 x $100 (5 for $5 color-ups, plus 25 extras).

Just get a few 500s and 1k chips. I ran a T400 with my Jack set and loved it. It was a real treat at the final table when a few 500 primaries hit the table.I have to look away before I get tempted. After reading this post I put together an excel of what that set would cost... BUT.. then it becomes "can't buy chips from this sale and not try for any $500 or $1k" and eventually at a $800 USD purchase.
