My poker group has decided we want to run a STT league with a championship game at the end in which starting stacks are determined by position on the leader board. We currently run the tourney structure from Chris Manzoni's video 18 with a 20,000 starting stack as follows T25x8, T100x8, T500x6, T1000x6, and T5000x2. I'm assuming I would have to create a separate tournament structure for the championship game but if there's a way to keep the structure the same and simply adjust the starting stacks that would be ideal.

I have 407,500 in available chips(T5000x50, T1000x100, T500x90, T100x100, T25x100) and there is no re-entry in the championship game and I'm expecting 7-10 players. Any help on setting the structure of the final game would be greatly appreciated.

1st +5000
2nd +4000
3rd +3500
4th +3000
5th +2500
6th +2000
7th +1500
8th +1000
9th +500
10th +0

That's 16 T1000s, 4 T500s, and a single T5000 added to the board. Plus they never have to be colored up.

Eliminate the T25s if you want to keep the session time roughly the same.

You still have 20k stacks by default but the leader will have 25k. A good advantage but not an insurmountable one.

The first thing you have to do is decide what you want to incentivize. If that's attendance, give more points for attendance, maybe to a maximum of say 75-80% so people aren't forced to be there every night to play in the league. If it's specifically high placement, then give more points to higher places and a steeper drop off for lower places (maybe similar to the payouts for each night).
