There's no duty. You may get hit with PST/GST/HST. Canada Post will hit you with an invoice if Customs decides to levy taxes. At US$150 declared value, you've got a good chance of bypassing. The breakpoint for me at a physical border crossing was about $200-300.

The $5 is new/mint in the sample. The $25 is definitely casino used, but still stands on edge. I'd say slightly better condition that the HSI $25s.
