Spitting at someone is a game misconduct - this is worse. The league needs to constrain this disrespectful behavior and send a message to this cretin or it will surely continue. Marchand is a talented player and really shouldn't need to act this way. His low hit on Callahan was dirty too.

Primary ticket sales are limited by zip code to give Lightning fans first chance at playoff tickets. Plenty of tickets are sold on NHL ticket exchange and StubHub with no restrictions.
I actually like some opposing fans in the arena. I just don't want them to be a majority.

I'm pretty sure the NHL will have him on a short leash. Clean hits are part of the game. Attempts to injure shouldn't be.

I was joking. But agree with the short leash comment. I don’t think it was a dirty hit or an attempt to injure. It was a big hit that did result in injury unfortunately, and we are talking about the smallest margin of error. All the broadcasters couldn’t make a call on it and originally the league said it was clean. After the broken jaw they had to do something.
It was also a big hit that changed the outcome of the game. That is what those types of plays are intended to do. Also why every team has a role player like that on their team.
