As I recall there was a light rail on one side of the property and the security personnel suggested not to go outside the boundaries of the parking area.
Of course this was 1999 & 2000. No doubt it is better, now.
Anyone else ever play at Crystal Park? It was open when I first started playing poker, I did my rounds of the Los Angeles casinos and went there a few times to try the tables and look for tourneys. That casino was tough as nails. COMPTON! That was the most Gangster Poker that I ever played.
I thought Hollywood Park in Inglewood was a tough crowd... Crystal Park was like prison poker.
Hollywood park just got a million dollar facelift... it’s beautiful now.
