Thanks for facilitating @rjdev7. It will fit nicely once it flattens out.

I really think edge stitching causes them to ripple up like that more than non stitched edges. Hopefully it will flatten out over time or perhaps you could lightly iron it by turning it over, putting a towel in between the iron and doing a quick pass around it. It looks awesome, though!

Good to know. I’m sure I’ll order another and will try the non stitched.

A lot of the tables I play on you can easily pry some gap between the rail and the table. Figures it wouldn’t work on my own table...

So my eyes ended up being bigger than my mouth and my most recent order came up too large against a rail that apparently doesn’t lift up at all. For the record I ordered it too large. The production was to exactly the dimensions I optimistically requested.

So as it turns out this material with unsewn edges is really easy to cut smoothly and cleanly.

After a test section I was able to continuously cut a 1/4 inch ring around the entire topper (32x82 to start) without even using a box cutter.

And now it fits!

Also Ryan for my future order reference the dimensions need to be 31.75 x 81.5

So I got my new custom toppers in without sewn edges, Barrington 10 player table size. They are thinner than the previous group buy from last summer, but they do stretch better and also fit the table a little better than the previous generation. I've not had time to play on them yet, but the top appears to be of the same mouse pad material so I would imagine the cards slide just fine.

Here's the first design from my artwork: Custom circus ticket playing field and cartoon audience bar to go with Big Top Poker, Circus/Circus or similar themed sets. This one I was skeptical about but it was actually my wife's favorite so far:
