OK, I'm ready to send the order in tomorrow morning. Please check the spreadsheet to make sure your order is correct.

@DuffCal, if you are sending your order in, it's not on the list yet.

I have rounded each denom up to the next barrel -- you can see these counts in the spreadsheet. If you want to add any of these to your order, let me know.

Check your order. If I don't hear from you before mid-day Monday, I'll assume it's correct. I've already checked it twice, but mistakes happen.

Oh....and please just worry about your chip counts. The costs are not known for sure yet, until we submit the order and get the quote.

Also, the costs shown here do NOT include the reshipping from me to you. I'll add another page to the spreadsheet to cover that later on. I won't have anyone pay for the re-shipping costs until the chips are here. The first payment will just be for the Matsui invoice and upfront costs.

There has been some back and forth with our order/quote with Matsui, and I don’t think we are going to have a final invoice until the middle of next week at the earliest.

So I am revising the payment due date to:

6/11/22.

Invoice says 6-8 weeks production time after they receive payment, then whatever shipping time is.
 
I *just* (like 45 seconds ago) received the revised proofs and invoice from Matsui. There are still a couple of adjustments needed, but they won't affect costs, so I think I can get started collecting payments soon. I'll look everything over this weekend, and get going.

Numbers are current except for the racks. The racks are gone.

But I am going to do a separate listing for more racks.

Okay thanks, I have to look at my breakdown again because I can't remember if I accounted for extras or not lol. If not, I might grab the extras just in case I lose some chips.
 
Update: The funds have been sent to Matsui, they confirmed receipt, and our order has been sent to the factory for production scheduling!!! YAY!!

Next step is they'll get back to me with an estimated ship date. I'll update again when I hear back from them, but it should be 8-10 weeks after production begins. I don't know if we have to wait in a queue before that happens.

I know I haven't collected from everyone for buttons, and for a few sample sets. I'll track you down at some point. No worries. Your order is secure.
 
I have some good news for those of you who ordered extra racks with your chips. I opened up an add-on group buy for racks to be shipped with our chips, and the shipping rate came back so favorable that the add-on racks ended up being CHEAPER than the racks that we ordered with our group buy! Of course, that's not fair, so I took some of that discount, and applied it to the racks from this group buy, so everyone pays the SAME for racks. I'll be applying any discount owed to you rack purchases, to the reshipping costs. If it ends up being MORE than you owe in re-shipping, I'll send you a refund.

Getting ready!! Production should be done in about 2 weeks, then I will find out how long to expect shipping to take.

Our chips are hung up in customs. There was a communication problem (my end, unfortunately). But I submitted some documentation this morning, and I fully expect things to get moving soon.

Hopefully I'll have delivery photos soon. I suspect it will be about a week? Just guessing though.
