OK, decided 5 spares was not enough for each denom, AND that a 1440 chip set seemed stupid, so rounded that up to 1500 (when combined with the chips I already have). Updated post #26.

Makes no sense. Need at least another rack to fill two birdcages (so 1600 chips).

And once you've made that adjustment, you'll need to bump up to an even 2000 chips and two full birdcages.

Won't be another opportunity to round out your set. And time's running out on this one.

@BGinGA - make me a logical single table tournament set 250 chips or under that doesn’t use a the 5k chip (I really dislike the 5k chip) and I am in.

OK fine. Updated it again, added another rack to bring the set to 1600 chips plus. Rounded up to make some full racks where absolutely not necessary

10-player T5- base set
100 x T5
100 x T25
25 x T100
25 x T500
----------------
250 chips

Supports 10 players x T1000 stacks (10/10/2/1 = 100bb with 5/10 opening blinds) with 5 extra T100 chips to color-up T5s and 5 extra T500 chips to color-up T25s, plus 10 more extra T500s to cover re-buys or larger stacks.
