Memories of older stuff collecting dust these days....... (1 Viewer)

I never got the chance to finish this set so it just sits in the closet....Anyone spare some .25 & .50's?

Just noticing this thread. Thanks for the pron. I bought a few things from you over the years Mr. Patton. You've produced some really nice chips such as the Mardi Gras v.1's. So very well done. Selling my set was a BIG mistake.
Best of Luck

"Part". Just part. And just awesome. Love those! The $25 chip cracks me up, though. From a spot progression standpoint, that particular chip sticks out like a sore thumb.

Also, for what it's worth, @MSPatton's likes-per-post ratio is epic.

Another "Part" of that same collection ;)

Those Speakeasy tourneys are my first dislike of the thread. I love the fact that they're on the web mold, but tri-colored quarter-pies are a leading cause of tuberculosis. They're at least in the same color palette so that's something. Those cash chips, though...those look great! Love the frac - 1 - 5 progression.

Agree with BGinGA x4 - these and the tourney web mold Riverboats are the best looking 1/4 pie sets, IMHO

Clearly I am in the minority re: quarter-pies :) It's not the first time. Just means less fish to fight with if I ever try to get me a Speakeasy cash set!

Keep them pics comin', @MSPatton !

I spent quite some time putting this set together and it's one of the sets I own I'll probably never sell...

Bought some from three different chippers and the balance from Michael a few years back... Total count of 1,500... :) I love it!!!

One of those days I'll get them out for some deserving pr0n...

Back in 07', I started to look for chips and a table, to start hosting poker games at my place. I looked everywhere online. I knew clay chips existed for the home market, but I had very little knowledge at that time about the different type of chips, and acquiring a high-end set (and cost). I found PNYs on eBay, and they were my first love. But shortly after, I stumbled onto the @MSPatton site, and discovered the SP chips! Easily my second chip love! I loved the theme, inlays, and color/spot combos. Sadly, at the time, high-end clay chips were way out of my budget. Fortunately, my work situation changed for the better, and chip market bottomed out. Of course now I have a large PNY set, but I have also been fortunate enough to acquire a small SP set! The SP set will always be special to me, as I can still remember how blown away I was by them, when I first found them online.

@MSPatton , We've done multiple transactions in the past, and your costumer service is top notch! Thanks, for all the wonderful sets, that you have made available to the home market, and everything you've done for our hobby! I now own a set of SP chips, and a set of Riverboats. Thanks, for the trip down memory lane!
