$1-$1000 colors: white, red, green, black, lavender, orange. Not sure what the yellow chips are, or any of the solids on the back rail.

To me, the inlays look too small to be either RHC or a grand inlay on a house mold.

Edit: my eyes deceive me: see post #117 - RHC.

Solids on the back wall are probably lammers (turning on and off odds and/or place bets). Just my guess.
