Small room - typically runs a 1-2 game; one to four tables, depending on the time of day. Max $300 buy-in.
Occasionally they'll get a 2-5 game going on Thu/Fri/Sat nights.
Happy to answer any other questions you might have.
It’s a beautiful, well lit, brand new room and sportsbook (machines to place wagers). Believe PokerStars fronted the money for it, their branding is on the sign/entrance.
I have never played in there, but I’ve never seen more than 2 tables of $1/$2 running. Mount Airy had a nonexistent poker crowd before they built a new room, and as far as I can tell, the new room hasn’t helped much with attracting new players, either. The fact that you’re looking at Thu-Sat will help, there will at least be some action on those days.
If you’re from Macungie, you undoubtedly know that Wind Creek is a much better spot for poker.
I suggest you hit the Criss Cross table instead. I got lucky there last week.
Not surprising. You'll probably have somewhat better luck today, being it's Friday. Definitely won't "fill up," but there might at least be enough for a table or two.
