For those who don't know, I run the tourneys for our local Legion Post. https://www.facebook.com/Post112AmericanLegion
Hence, I'm always on the lookout for semi-decent plastic cards as stock for 'em. I got an e-mail from thepokerstore.com I thought I'd share with anyone that buys for MTTs & is looking for card stock.
If you've been forcing your players to use paper cards "because plastic cards are too expensive", that excuse has just gone out the window.
I actually reviewed these cards as part of a "Cheapskate Card Shootout" in the original "Redneck Poker Card Database" topic. They're what I dubbed the "CLM Texas Hold'Em" deck.

Are these anything like "premium" decks?.... well, no.... of course not. But then, neither are they anything like the usual cheap-*ss Ace/Ritz/Royal lot either.
They have smooth faces & decently textured backs, making dealing 'em out without 2 tending to stick together actually very good. & the textured backs mean they're not slick as snot either.
They are likely the stiffest cards you'll ever find. They even beat out Faded Spade for the stiffness crown in the database by a full degree. This is largely due to the fact that they're also amongst the thickest cards you'll ever run across at a beefy 0.0135". However, this also means they're likely to hold up to taking a beating fairly well. Which, if you have your players self dealing, isn't such a bad thing really.
Even at the usual $4.50-5.00/deck you can usually find these things for on Amazon they're not a terrible deal. However, The Poker Store has these in a "Buy 3 Get One Free" deal they have running & free shipping on all orders.
A 2 deck set is $9.99. So, you can get 8 decks for for $3.75/deck. Which in itself is a damn decent deal.... but, it doesn't stop there.
If you're running larger MTTs, they're selling 10 deck sets (2 of each color) for $34.99. That brings it down to $3.50/deck. However, at the "Buy 3 Get One Free" price, that's $104.97 for 40 decks. Or..... $2.62 per deck.... shipped right to your door.

You can't get Bicycle paper cards at Walmart for that price.
If you're thinking I jumped on that deal.... you'd be correct in that assumption.
