Got the chips on the table today for their photoshoot (thread soon). Thought I'd quickly update here with my labeled chips. Over the moon with them, @Gear is the man!!
Here are the edge spot options I went with, my OCD would not let me just slap the labels on there! So we have equal options of each application, although on the pinks I kinda regret not doing them all at the diagonal. Ah well.

I have really enjoyed milling the chips I have so far. Once I get my ultrasonic cleaner all the wood havens I still have to mill will look much better than the one on the left in the last pic.

Spent today finishing inlay removal for my Animal House - Cali edition relabel project. These are now ready for some sweet @Gear labels. Definitely excited to finish up this project and get these in play!

As a side note, if anyone has a barrel of Sb 500s (purple) they can part with, I would love to speak with you!

I thought about white 100s (which I know is the true Cali way) but white gets too dirty too fast I think so I stuck with black 100s.

I've never had inlays come off as easily as with this chip. Maybe it was a fluke, we'll see.

1 hour of work with two bucket/magic eraser assembly line. Chips need some oil but good progress. Sharp edge chips sure cut up magic erasers.

Those r the worst. I have a few racks of those and the time it takes to get them smooth is wayyyy too long... best of luck on the rest! I feel your pain hahaha
