Couldn't find a thread on mustard and wanted to see if there were other people who have some interesting mustards to try

A few of my favorites:

Kosciusko: great all around, well-balanced mustard

Kjoops Arizona Heat: not your typical mustard, but great sweetness with a kick of heat too

Red Pelican Yellow Mustard: a yellow mustard worth trying

I can’t take those Dijon style mustards. Plain old frenchs yellow works for me.

Yeah it’s definitely popular over there, but I’ve seen it pretty widely distributed on the east coast too

It’s really good, especially on weisswurst! Just the right amount of sweet. Thomy makes a Susse and Scharf (sweet and spicy) that is really good too.

My folks are bringing me some back next week . Along with a stash of Duplo! I love those damn things, ever since I was kid.

They are the BEST! We still fight over them and we’re all 40’s + .

(Which makes no sense b/c we can just order them online now, but we grew up only getting them in Germany when we visited family)

But nothing beats gorczyca (horcyce) from Lwów (Ukraine)

I was allergic to turmeric for a period so I had to be really careful about mustards that contain it (most do). This was one of the few that I found that I really loved that didn’t have turmeric.
