I love mustard. Any and all kinds. I only put mustard on my burgers and hotdogs. But the different types of mustards are for different occasions. For hotdogs I love just yellow mustard. But for Italian subs I love a dijon mustard. For brats I love a grain mustard. I like them all. There is no competition, only occasions
 
Also try a nice grain mustard on a steak. It adds the acid that a steak needs when it’s marbled and seared in butter.
