Depends what you're after. If you want the 1/8 color to "flow" either of these will work (I like the butterscotch). If you want it to "pop" I'd use a darker red with the peacock.Which spot looks better on the $100 chip, the blue or butterscotch?
This is going to be for the SUMMER season chip.
Edit for clarification

I was trying to avoid green in that chip altogether because it is a $20 chip and wanted to avoid the confusion of people thinking it is a $25 chip but ran out of options so using it as spot color is the compromise.
Any recommendations to of what to change on the blue spot on the $100 chip?
I love the "flag" chips in many sets and this is my version. I am open to a different spot if it looks good.
Another observation/recommendation...
I played around with the mockup tool last night and found it very difficult to get "spring" colors for the $20 to go well with the "fall" colors on your $5 chip. Then I started thinking about the 4 seasons, and realized that your progression through the denoms is not linear (e.g., you start off with winter, then go to fall, then spring, then summer). I really like the light blue $1 for winter, but that $5 fall colored chip just looks really out of place with the entire rest of the set to me. It looks like it belongs in a set more along the patterns found in 'The Hitching Post' or something with a similar palette. You could instead keep the seasonal theme linear by starting out with winter, then going into "spring" (like what actually happens each year) for the $5, and go with a DG Yellow or Canary base with spring colors, then use a "summer" themed $20, and a "Fall" themed $100. I think you'll find that you have better options at your disposal, and could make a more cohesive set that way.
It would be nice to have the denoms follow the seasons, but using a yellow five will make it hard for the fall $100 to have colors that don't cause issues with splashed pots. I'll play around with the chip builder to see what I can come up with. If you have any sets please post them!
I would try for a different edge spot pattern for the $100. It's basically the same spot used on the $20 right now. Here's a "Fall" themed $100 idea...

Whatever you do, if you're dishing out for customs don't nickle and dime anything. Don't know how big a set you're planning on building but at a difference of $22 per rack make sure you get what you want.I also like this version of the butterscotch more than the one in the OP, but it is level 4 now so more money on the chip that I will be buying the most of. Some of the cot could be offset by going to the 2V $20 as that is a level 3 spot instead of level 4.
I like the 3Vs with the butterscotch $5 (shocker) but am still not sold on using Vs with both the $20 and $100.

Wow that's pretty funny huh. Nice. Seems like we figured out the next progression. That's eerily similar to the one I just mocked up! Great minds think alike sir!

The spots on the $1 are pretty similar with the $20 now, not sure if that's worth addressing or not...
Ooh! This with the butterscotch $5 and the 6dsa18 for the white chip
Btw, I really like the treehouse illustration by the artist "Stiles" (has his signature). You could edit out the bucket make the illustration use up a lot of the inlay and ther would be a natural space for the denomination.
