**Mystery Chips Contest** - Solve this Ridiculously Long Word Puzzle and Win a Sample Set! (1 Viewer)

I didn't know anything about this - Laura tipped it off. I searched that image on Google (not sure why it didn't come up, because that image is definitely on Google, on the same page as the one I found) - so I googled images for Laura Prepon Poker Event or something like that and found a pic where she was wearing the same outfit.

You’re very very very close. Off on the time. It’s “2004,” and it’s “Casino Weekend 3.”

The internet screwed with you… I know some places say the pics were taken in 2005, but that was misinformation. The tourney was in 2004, as shown in the special guest pass picture in post #2.

I guess so - I couldn't find a date anywhere except on the one page that definitely said 2005. I guess gmunny had an unfair advantage in that he actually collects collectible chips. :p

WE HAVE A WINNER!!!

Wow, I really underestimated you guys… I really thought this was too hard and that I’d have to give vowels later. I guess Laura Prepon really snitched.

Can people explain the thought process?

8-10 years ago i did nothing but "snitch" all over pics of Laura Prepon... Now i've moved onto poker chips.... watch what you buy from me................. Just kidding ;) seriously though.........

Some pics from the event.

Sweet. Thanks for the contest!!

I didn't notice the wrong date on bens. I had ialmost all typed but was stuck on the date part. I kept thinking it was Aug. 13-15 2004, but it didn't work I knew it was Danny because of Laura's pic (his name fit) but it wasnt till I looked at his wiki that I noticed he actually won the tournament.

As far the other info, I knew I saw the chip before on the chip board and thought it was from the Palms. Once I looked up the chip on the chip guide, I just wrote down all the info and saw how it fit. It does say Casino Weekend 3 on the chip.

The set is awesome! Is there a cool story how you got these?

Very nice esp since you basically have the lot. Thanks for the game I enjoyed it.

Very, very impressive. Hats off to you sir!

So this 1720 chip set has a bit of a weird break down, one of each color... I guess it still works because the higher values can be used to color up the lower values. I keep thinking with a (10) 5, (10) 25, (7) 100, (2) $500 T2000 starting stack, I can run up to 43 players, 5 tables, 8-9 players each, no? Fantasy of course, my game is nowhere near that big.

Any better starting stacks?
