Nanuk 910 = 400 chip perfection (3 Viewers)

Nanuk...nearly as addictive as Paulson!

Question on Matsui rack in the 910:
Room for foam surrounding the racks or are they too tight?
Currently using BJ “boxes”.
Pics with Matsui in the 920 would be awesome.

I’ll need to test it out later with my 920, but the below picture is all I have right now. I use them to store my AS cash set when traveling for a game. The 39mm chips need a tray on to to be secure so I would imagine a stack of two Matsui racks should be a little snug with the foam.

In the 910 I believe @liftapint said to store them sideways in Matsui racks with rubber bands to keep them closed.
Room on the side, I put dealer buttons etc there, but you could put a little row of padding if you were worried about it. This is my preferred non-birdcage chip storage/travel method.

The red box is new I think.
My brother gave it to me as a birthday gift.
It came with a non pick-pluck fill.

I was supposed to report back on the 920 and forgot.

With 39mm chips I put a tray on top of the 2nd row to make the fit more snug. This keeps the chips from falling out or moving around during transit.

From the picture below you can see that two trays of Matsui racks is a bit shorter than the 2 racks of 39mm chips in Paulson trays with one more tray on top. I picked up the case and moved it around a bit and the top part tray of the Matsui rack opened a bit, but chips were still contained inside. With a bit more padding on top that should keep the tray from opening. You could fit 8 racks in Matsui trays comfortably I think.
