Positives: I know a guy...could probably get the Rite...230,000 square feet. Plenty of beds...they have a huge room with like 20 beds.Most epic "Home Game" ever.

Everyone buys in for that amount and mainly beginners. Me and one other are the only ones that really understand bet sizing and ranges. Most pots are limped with BB checking so the stack plays bigger than what it is. After the beginners start to feel more comfortable we will increase the starting stacks. We play in a 320 sq. ft. room, originally intended to be a shop, attached to the back of my garage. The heater is in the main part of the garage and pointed at the double doors to the shop. It put the temp up to a very comfortable 68 degrees on the 30,000 BTU setting. Outside temp averaged about 30 degrees throughout the game
