Positives: I know a guy...could probably get the Rite...230,000 square feet. Plenty of beds...they have a huge room with like 20 beds.
Negatives:
The neighborhood isn't great.
Very few of my buddies are up for an all weekend poker thing...lucky to get them to play for 6 hours every few weeks or so.
The communal sleeping arrangements are in a very musty room.

Overall, it's a possibility. Have to think on it.

Monthly game last night was fun. Had to rebuy twice early in the tournament but managed to finish 2nd for small profit. My brother ran hot and took it down for a win.

.25/.50 cash game after was fun too. In for 60 out for 95.

Thanks to @longflop for the Polloc Jonnies which were delicious. I'm very sorry my dog ate the rolls. Also fun to play with @PhilLaFond . These PCF members know how to play.

Next month going to break out the chipcos for some limit fun.

Everyone buys in for that amount and mainly beginners. Me and one other are the only ones that really understand bet sizing and ranges. Most pots are limped with BB checking so the stack plays bigger than what it is. After the beginners start to feel more comfortable we will increase the starting stacks. The struggle of trying to grow a game

Same situation at my relatively new home game. Playing some circus games and limit games with nickles/quarters “just for fun”.
Grow the game slowly and have fun is my approach. Eventually I will find some players willing to put $100-$200 on the table.

Yes, our usual game is on a cheapo table with folding chairs in a decent finished basement. This was quite a step up!

Similar here. Buy in is always $20 regardless of the game. Tonight it was 5¢/10¢ NLHE 6-handed. In for $20, out for $36.50

Tonight it's re-labeled spirit mold CCs, hot dog steamer, and a 30K-60K BTU Mr. Heater!

Rummy or some other non-sense that didn't involve chips being played off to the side (they only appear to be having fun)

Hot dog steamer: $40 / 600 watts / 24 dog & 12 bun capacities / no mess

We play in a 320 sq. ft. room, originally intended to be a shop, attached to the back of my garage. The heater is in the main part of the garage and pointed at the double doors to the shop. It put the temp up to a very comfortable 68 degrees on the 30,000 BTU setting. Outside temp averaged about 30 degrees throughout the game
