Is it true you only drink weak low percentage beer, or is that a common misconception?
IPA's and Double IPA are the strongest growing beers right now in the USA where 6-8% is common. So, they are strong by beer standards. There's 10-15% too but not common as a whole.

How'd the Gassers do, and how much cleaning did you have to do to them? It's conceivable that I could pick some of those up; I have family relatively close-by (would still take a monumental effort, but if it's worth it, then maybe...)

The chairs did great! All I did was wipe them down with a soapy rag. A couple of them could use a deeper cleaning. They're old, the color is fugly, but damn they are so much more comfortable than folding chairs. My vote is they are worth it for $25 a pop.

Thanks! Those chairs would actually look pretty awesome in my room. I wonder if 20 of them could make it 700 miles stacked-and-lashed in the back of a pickup truck...

Friday night game @Shaggy house was very interesting.

We did a 2 hour PLO .5/.10 that was not TOO crazy, normally 2 or 3 people re-buy at least once, no one did this time..
Then we played no limit texas hold'em for the remainder of the night and no real crazy action there either, we had one guy that had full houses like 5 times, but know one lost there stacks, even on a boat over a boat.

We also had a site pot for High hand of the night and the full houses were taking the lead, until......

I had pocket 9s and it limped around with 6 total players, the flop being A 6 9 off was great for me, so I put out two bucks in a $3 pot, and had 1 caller, When the turn showed a 9 I just about fell over (in my mind, I was showing NO emotion, but it was very hard) I wanted to get money in and get called or raised, so I put out $3 and only got called, Villain does'nt raise very often with out big hands so I thought as long as I keep Villain in the hand I can at least get HIGH HAND $...the turn was an 8 so now I was hoping Villain hit the straight so I bet $5 hoping again for a raise, and just got a call..........I won the hand and the High hand of the night....

Oh, we got to play with the Beautiful Top Hat and Canes.....

An action hand from last night's cash game: flopped boat vs. flopped set vs. turned Khi flush:

The Gemaco Superflex are holding up very well. Will rotate the Modiano Platinum Acetates in next month and share feedback.

After a good cleaning, I also got the new ACF set from @DMZ into play for a T5000 tourney:

Got the BUBBS' POKER DEN set in play for the first time last night... We started early, around 5pm, running two tables, one NLHE and one mixed flop games... We combined tables around 11pm and only played Hold'em after that... Game broke off a little before 3am... I couldn't be happier having great friends over for the debut of Bubbs' set and how the chips performed on the felt... Just awesome! Thanks @detroitdad and @mike32 for coming over and for being the great dudes y'all are...

Didn't have time to take a bunch of pictures as I had to divide my time between hosting, banking and trying to avoid the sharks taking all of my bankroll... But here's a few:

My stack an hour before losing a few pots and cashing out... Still a profitable night:

Chips that remained on the table at the end:

All the chips made their way back 'home'... ;)

Love the chips! What kind of a case is that and where are they sold?

Very cool. Just checked Amazon they are like $190, I may have to give it a shot :)

I did not pay much below that, I think it was $175 with free shipping... Bought mine at BH Photo Video but they bumped it up to $225, just checked... It's a HECK of a case man... Not cheap for sure but it can survive a nuclear blast...
