Our bars were allowed to stay open until 6pm but couldn’t serve alcohol. Only 1% of cases have been found to have been transmitted in a hospitality environment. My sister owns a pub. Her pub scans your temperature and sits you in a booth surrounded by Perspex and you get table service. It’s regularly inspected by the health board. Now they have to keep it shut over the Christmas period and probably for the whole of January.Lol. And our bars are still open and going strong. Yay freedommmm
All this does is drive people to meeting up in their houses where there is no Covid protection screens, distancing, sanitiser, etc. I mean WTF??? Makes no sense.
By far the majority of transmission takes place in people’s homes, schools, hospitals, care homes and workplaces. Anyway I’ll start going into a politics rant so won’t say any more.
